Happy Mid-Autumn Festival to all!! Haha before our busy schedule for the month starts we managed to try making some mooncakes...Not the usual ones thou... Heres sharing our chendol agar-agar mooncake keke... Did not realize that theres so many points to take note to successfully make one where the different layers do not slide apart when cut... Suddenly appreciate those many different layers agar-agar more haha... Enjoy gathering with your friends, family and loved ones! 中秋节快乐 !

Wedding Dessert Buffet

Our very first (or at least the first few =p) attempt to help a friend with a dessert buffet for her wedding =) Some items we did include cakepops, cupcakes, tarts, cream puffs and madeleine... Below are some pics taken after setup... Enjoy!
