Happy Mid-Autumn Festival 2011

Happy Mid-Autumn Festival to all!! Haha before our busy schedule for the month starts we managed to try making some mooncakes...Not the usual ones thou... Heres sharing our chendol agar-agar mooncake keke... Did not realize that theres so many points to take note to successfully make one where the different layers do not slide apart when cut... Suddenly appreciate those many different layers agar-agar more haha... Enjoy gathering with your friends, family and loved ones! 中秋节快乐 !

Children's Day 2010

Children's day may be long over but here is an update on something simple that we did (due to a very last minute request)... Just some simply decorated cookies to share with classmates... Xmas Creations 2009

Heres our christmas creations for 2009. There are 2 different design using cupcakes and fondant. All fondant decorations are indivdually hand-made by us =)
